Responsibilities
- Execute electrical and environmental validation testing in alignment with ISO 16750 and customer-specific standards such as LV124, VW8000, and GMW3172
- Carry out environmental and electrical stress tests on components and systems
- Work closely with multidisciplinary teams to support quality assurance throughout development and manufacturing stages
- Be available for occasional travel within Romania for project or testing needs
- Perform requirement evaluations and implement test automation using EXAM and dSPACE AutomationDesk according to client and automotive industry specifications
- Design and configure test environments using climate chambers, HIL systems, power supplies, oscilloscopes, and signal generators
- Oversee test execution, conduct parametric measurements, analyze errors, and generate detailed reports
- Develop and apply validation methodologies balancing quality, cost, and time constraints
