Responsibilities
- Establish a diverse group of key accounts across multiple customer segments.
- Engage with prospective clients and negotiate product formulary inclusion.
- Secure contractual agreements for products.
- Drive sales of flu portfolio products in key accounts, including Pediatrics, IDN, FQHCs, and independent/corporate owned HCPs.
- Create tailored value-added programs for each account by understanding customer needs and aligning brand resources to achieve defined goals while demonstrating company values.
- Collaborate with the Regional Sales Manager and Account Managers to prioritize key accounts and lead strategic goals set by the commercial organization.
- Identify and create opportunities for sales growth in designated segments.
- Conduct regular team meetings to implement tactical plans set by sales and marketing.
- Foster strong relationships with colleagues in Sales, Medical Affairs, Marketing, and Customer Service to support field efforts to grow the business.
- Occasionally travel overnight.
- Develop and execute plans to achieve brand goals and identify new opportunities with key accounts.
- Analyze accounts' short-term and long-term goals to promote sales and implement company products and services considering provider goals.
- Schedule meetings with customers to discuss product information and treatment protocols.
- Maintain long-term relationships with existing customers to ensure satisfaction and create a foundation for new business.
- Develop customer routing, strategic key account business plans, and daily pre-call plans for customer engagement.
- Advocate for the Customer Experience vision internally and externally, act as the voice of the customer to build knowledge on customer challenges, and develop business solutions to enhance partnerships within primary channels.

The Opportunity
- Act as a customer-facing Vaccine Sales Specialist promoting main brands to Pediatrics, Integrated Delivery Networks and Public Health accounts. This is a field-based remote position in the assigned territory. Reporting to the Regional Sales Manager, you will:

Your skills and experience
- Bachelor's Degree required, preferred in Business, Communication, Health Policy, Life Sciences, Healthcare.
- 1-2 or more years of Pharmaceutical or B2B sales or relevant healthcare/clinical educational experience.
- Experience establishing communication and engagement with customers with emphasis on scientific knowledge.
- Some overnight and meeting travel required.
- Business title will be determined based on the selected candidate’s experience.
