CSL Seqirus is hiring a Vaccine Sales Specialist/Sr. Vaccine Sales Specialist - Detroit, MI

Responsibilities

  • Establish relationships with key accounts across multiple medical specialties and customer groups.
  • Engage new clients to secure formulary inclusion for vaccine products.
  • Secure contractual agreements for vaccine offerings with healthcare organizations.
  • Drive flu vaccine sales within key customer segments such as pediatric providers, integrated delivery networks, federally qualified health centers, and independent or corporate-owned healthcare practices.
  • Design tailored programs that add value to client operations by aligning product resources with customer objectives and organizational values.
  • Collaborate with Regional Sales Manager and Account Managers to focus on priority accounts and support commercial strategy.
  • Negotiate contracts and identify pathways for revenue expansion in assigned market segments.
  • Participate in regular team meetings to execute sales and marketing initiatives.
  • Foster collaboration with internal teams in Sales, Medical Affairs, Marketing, and Customer Service to strengthen field performance and business growth.
  • Perform occasional overnight travel as needed.
  • Create and execute strategic plans to meet brand targets and uncover new business prospects in key accounts.
  • Assess customer short- and long-term objectives to guide product adoption in alignment with provider priorities.
  • Lead customer meetings to present vaccine data and clinical treatment guidelines.
  • Maintain ongoing relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and open doors for future opportunities.
  • Plan customer visit routes and develop pre-call strategies and key account business plans.
  • Champion the customer experience mission across teams; advocate for customer needs internally and co-develop solutions that strengthen partnerships in core distribution channels.
