Responsibilities
- Lead pre-start conversations with newly hired virtual assistants to strengthen commitment and confirm onboarding readiness.
- Coordinate check-ins before start dates to sustain engagement after offer acceptance.
- Implement structured 30-day and 60-day check-ins to evaluate onboarding progress, satisfaction levels, and signs of potential disengagement.
- Track attendance, response times, and communication behaviors during initial ramp-up phases.
- Detect early signals of withdrawal or attrition risk and collaborate with HR, Talent, and Operations on mitigation strategies.
- Keep thorough records of all engagement activities, identified risks, and actions taken.
- Work with Training and Customer Success Enablement teams to ensure new hires are supported during early client assignments.
- Produce regular retention data summaries and engagement health dashboards for leadership review.
- Refine engagement frameworks, call guides, and onboarding rituals to improve experience and retention performance.
Compensation
PHP 35,000–50,000/month (based on experience and performance)
