About the Role
Design intuitive and visually engaging interfaces while conducting user research and prototyping to improve overall product usability.
Responsibilities
- Develop user flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity prototypes
- Conduct usability testing and analyze feedback
- Collaborate with developers and product managers throughout the design lifecycle
- Translate business requirements into functional design solutions
- Maintain and evolve the design system
- Perform competitive analysis and benchmark industry trends
- Create interactive prototypes for stakeholder reviews
- Ensure accessibility and responsiveness across devices
- Participate in user interviews and design research
- Present design concepts to team members and executives
- Iterate on designs based on user feedback and data
- Support front-end implementation with design assets and guidance
- Define interaction patterns and component behaviors
- Document design decisions and rationale
- Optimize user journeys for clarity and efficiency
- Balance user needs with technical constraints
- Contribute to product strategy through design insights
- Work within agile development cycles
- Ensure consistency across platforms and touchpoints
- Use design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe Creative Suite
Nice to Have
- Experience in B2B or enterprise software
- Familiarity with JavaScript or front-end frameworks
- Knowledge of motion design and micro-interactions

- Background in psychology or behavioral science
