Responsibilities
- Redesign and enhance the full onboarding journey tailored to distinct mobile and web user personas.
- Develop seamless and consistent workflows that function uniformly across platforms.
- Map user journeys, model interactions, and refine usability to improve overall experience.
- Leverage AI-powered tools such as Fima AI, Uizard, or Galileo to generate wireframes and prototypes quickly.
- Explore multiple design directions using AI-assisted ideation tools.
- Use AI tools to automate the creation of UI variations and support concept development.
- Incorporate AI-driven workflows into the design process to improve speed and efficiency.
- Produce detailed design specifications and assets ready for engineering implementation.
- Work closely with product managers and developers to align design with technical execution.
- Assess design feasibility, provide responsive and mobile-specific variants, and assist QA during development.
- Conduct user research, interviews, and usability testing to inform and validate design choices.
- Evaluate user behavior, onboarding metrics, and workflow performance to guide iterative improvements.
Requirements
- 3 to 5 years of professional experience in UX/UI design for mobile and web applications.
- Experience designing interfaces for both B2B and B2C SaaS platforms.
- A strong portfolio showcasing expertise in onboarding flows, workflows, and cross-platform design.
- Proficiency in Figma and modern AI-powered design tools.
- Background in designing for complex systems, multi-step processes, or integrated products.
- Experience creating dashboards or workflow-centric applications.
- Ability to develop user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs.
- Solid understanding of design systems, accessibility standards, and responsive layout principles.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to translate design work into clear technical specifications.
- Proven experience collaborating with engineering teams in agile environments.
