The UX Designer will create data-informed, visually engaging ecommerce experiences that directly influence key business metrics including revenue, conversion rate (CVR), average order value (AOV), and customer lifetime value (LTV). This role involves turning growth strategies and behavioral insights into effective landing pages, product detail pages (PDPs), sales funnels, and lifecycle interactions through research, analytics, and rapid iteration.
Responsibilities
- Design high-performing landing pages, product detail pages, collections, bundled offers, quizzes, and promotional flows that align with business growth goals
- Develop and manage a modular, scalable ecommerce design system to support rapid testing and consistent visual execution
- Create structured UX proposals grounded in user research, behavioral psychology, and performance metrics
- Collaborate closely with Growth, Paid Media, Creative, Retention, and Development teams to prioritize and launch high-impact experiments
- Optimize the full customer journey from initial engagement through checkout and post-purchase touchpoints
- Use data from analytics, heatmaps, session recordings, and A/B testing to guide design decisions and enable fast iteration
Requirements
- 3–6 years of experience in UI/UX design with a strong focus on ecommerce platforms
- Demonstrated experience designing conversion-optimized landing pages and product detail pages
- Direct involvement in A/B testing and conversion rate optimization (CRO) initiatives
- Advanced skills in Figma, including component libraries, auto layout, and interactive prototyping
- Solid grasp of mobile-first design principles and core UX fundamentals such as visual hierarchy, trust signals, and persuasive design
- Ability to analyze and apply performance metrics like conversion rate, average order value, revenue per visitor, and drop-off points
Nice to Have
- Familiarity with analytics and optimization tools such as GA4, Hotjar, VWO, Intelligems, or Triple Whale is highly desirable
- Prior experience working with direct-to-consumer (DTC) brands or in performance marketing settings is strongly preferred

Compensation
Base salary range of $35,000 - $45,000 (USD) based on experience, skills, and location. Includes performance bonuses, growth incentives, and benefits supporting health, wellness, and professional goals.
