Responsibilities
- Lead the development and implementation of design strategies for high-priority, complex initiatives with executive-level visibility
- Actively participate in client engagements including meetings, presentations, and collaborative workshops
- Provide guidance and mentorship to design team members while upholding consistent quality and adherence to standards
- Build and maintain strong client partnerships by identifying needs, proposing solutions, and delivering measurable results
