About the Role

The specialist will manage user inquiries, streamline support processes, and contribute to platform improvements through direct user engagement and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

  • Address user inquiries promptly and accurately
  • Troubleshoot account access and functionality issues
  • Maintain detailed records of user interactions
  • Escalate technical problems to engineering teams
  • Identify recurring issues and suggest solutions
  • Support onboarding for new users
  • Monitor user activity for policy compliance
  • Assist in drafting user-facing documentation
  • Collaborate with product teams on feature feedback
  • Participate in refining support workflows
  • Track and report key support metrics

  • Contribute to knowledge base improvements
