ZOE is hiring an User Acquisition Specialist (Mobile Growth)

About the Role

The role involves managing and optimizing paid user acquisition campaigns across mobile platforms, using analytics to improve performance, and collaborating with creative and product teams to scale user growth efficiently.

Responsibilities

  • Plan and execute paid user acquisition campaigns for mobile applications
  • Analyze campaign performance to identify trends and opportunities
  • Optimize bidding strategies and budget allocation across platforms
  • Collaborate with creative teams to develop high-performing ad content
  • Monitor key performance metrics including CPI, ROAS, and LTV
  • Conduct A/B testing to improve ad effectiveness
  • Manage relationships with external partners and ad networks
  • Use data to forecast demand and adjust spending accordingly
  • Stay updated on industry trends and emerging advertising platforms
  • Report on campaign results to stakeholders
  • Work closely with product teams to align on user onboarding and retention
  • Implement tracking systems to ensure accurate data collection
  • Troubleshoot discrepancies in reporting data
  • Identify new growth opportunities through market research
  • Support the development of audience targeting strategies
  • Evaluate creative assets for performance and scalability
  • Coordinate with external agencies on campaign execution
  • Maintain documentation of campaign strategies and results
  • Ensure compliance with platform advertising policies
  • Use automation tools to streamline campaign management
  • Contribute to long-term growth planning
  • Assist in refining user segmentation models
  • Leverage insights to improve funnel conversion rates
  • Participate in post-campaign performance reviews
  • Support experimentation with new ad formats
