Responsibilities
- Create, manage, and scale advertising campaigns (Meta, AppLovin, TikTok)
- Optimize ad campaigns to achieve performance KPIs
- Own key performance metrics such as ROAS, Spend, and others
- Develop and test hypotheses to improve user acquisition performance
- Work closely with PMMs and the creative team to improve product messaging and ad creatives
- Participate in creative brainstorming sessions and generate new ideas
- Research and analyze competitors’ user acquisition strategies, including channels and ad creatives
Requirements
- 2+ year of experience in user acquisition / performance marketing
- Experience managing budgets over $100K on paid social channels
- Strong understanding of key marketing metrics and how they impact business performance
- Strong analytical skills and ability to make data-driven decisions
- Experience working with analytics tools such as Amplitude or Tableau
- Structured and systematic approach to work
- Ability to explain and support decisions with data
- Ability to react quickly and adapt to changes
- Upper- Intermediate (B2) or higher level of English
