Responsibilities
- Creating, managing, and scaling advertising campaigns (Meta and others)
- Optimizing ad campaigns to achieve KPIs
- Owning key performance metrics such as ROAS, Spend, and others
- Developing and testing hypotheses to optimize user acquisition performance
- Working closely with PMMs and the creative team to enhance the product and ad creatives
- Participating in creative brainstorming sessions and generating new ideas
- Researching and analyzing competitors’ user acquisition strategies, including their channels and ad creatives
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in user acquisition/performance marketing
- Experience managing budgets over $100K on Meta
- Strong understanding of key marketing metrics (CPM, CTR, CPC, CR, CPA, ROAS, ROI, LTV, CAC, Churn, Retention) and how they impact business performance
- Strong analytical skills and ability to make data-driven decisions
- Experience working with Amplitude/Tableau
- Structured thinking and systematic work approach
- Ability to explain and support your decisions with data
- Ability to react quickly and adapt to changes
- Intermediate or higher level of English
