Quadcode Group is hiring an User Acquisition Manager (Google Ads, iOS Apps)

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategies to attract new users through Google Ads.
  • Analyze campaign performance and make data-driven optimizations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align acquisition efforts with product and marketing goals.
  • Manage budget allocation to maximize return on ad spend.
  • Conduct A/B testing to improve ad performance and user engagement.
  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as cost per acquisition (CPA) and return on investment (ROI).
  • Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in Google Ads and mobile app marketing.
  • Create and manage landing pages to enhance user experience and conversion rates.
  • Work with creative teams to develop compelling ad creatives.
  • Identify and capitalize on new opportunities to expand user base.
  • Ensure compliance with Google Ads policies and guidelines.
  • Provide regular updates and insights to stakeholders.
  • Optimize campaigns for various app store categories and regions.
  • Utilize analytics tools to track user behavior and campaign effectiveness.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with ad networks and partners.
  • Conduct competitive analysis to inform strategy and tactics.
  • Implement retargeting strategies to re-engage potential users.
  • Manage and optimize app store listings to improve discoverability.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to align messaging and branding.
