Responsibilities
- Provide full-spectrum urology care including diagnosis, consultation, and treatment.
- Perform urologic procedures and surgeries consistent with scope of practice and credentialing.
- Conduct outpatient evaluations and follow-up visits.
- Collaborate with VA medical staff and other specialists to coordinate patient care.
- Document all encounters and clinical findings accurately within the electronic health record (EHR).
- Participate in quality assurance, peer review, and case conferences as required.
- Comply with all policies, procedures, and credentialing standards.
