What You'll Do
- Develop and refine game systems in Unity based on design direction and technical requirements
- Collaborate with artists, designers, and other developers to integrate assets and establish efficient workflows
- Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code that supports both 2D and 3D gameplay mechanics
- Optimize performance across mobile platforms, ensuring smooth responsiveness and stability
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues, from memory bottlenecks to runtime bugs
- Contribute to internal tools and frameworks that support team productivity
- Lead by example through code reviews, pair programming, and mentoring less experienced developers
- Stay current with industry advancements and share insights to elevate team capabilities
- Support Agile practices, including sprint planning, estimation, and iterative development
- Take ownership of projects from concept through testing and deployment
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience building games in Unity for iOS and Android
- Strong grasp of object-oriented programming and data structures
- Demonstrated ability to write testable, well-documented, and reusable code
- Familiarity with both 2D and 3D game development pipelines
- A portfolio showcasing completed Unity projects
- Formal education in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience
