Responsibilities
- Manage daily operations of identity and directory services supporting enterprise identity, authentication, and authorization
- Oversee and prioritize ticket queues for timely resolution
- Respond to incident reports originating from the service desk
- Process and implement change requests according to established procedures
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to identity systems
- Enroll users in Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) programs
- Address access problems with the Password Management tool
- Resolve user account issues, including account restoration and Single Sign-On (SSO) errors
- Maintain and troubleshoot Active Directory Domain Services
- Support and repair Active Directory Federation Services configurations
- Resolve issues with Active Directory Certificate Services
