Responsibilities
- Oversee the local user experience to ensure the product is intuitive and tailored to regional expectations.
- Conduct regular app testing to identify bugs, usability issues, and areas for improvement, then communicate findings to engineering.
- Shape product messaging and feature development using deep understanding of local user needs and behaviors.
- Stay immersed in the UK's cryptocurrency ecosystem and regulatory environment.
- Boost brand presence by participating in podcasts, panels, and industry events.
- Attend weekly crypto meetups, with a preference for organizing and hosting them.
- Adapt marketing campaigns to reflect regional cultural nuances and user behavior.
- Build strategic alliances with fintechs, banks, payment providers, influencers, affiliates, and community figures.
- Develop relationships that enhance user acquisition and strengthen brand credibility.
- Collaborate with marketing, legal, product, compliance, and engineering teams across functions.
- Ensure accurate tracking and reporting of market-specific performance data.
- Represent the company in business and community engagements.
- Monitor key performance indicators and use insights to guide growth strategies.
- Identify market-specific risks and opportunities and escalate them to senior leadership.
- Respond quickly to shifts in market conditions and competitive dynamics.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Five years of experience in business development, strategy, operations, or general management
- Ability to adapt to varying time zones and market environments
- Willingness to travel for local engagement and relationship-building
