Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise a team of robotic process automation developers, offering technical direction and enforcing industry best practices.
- Evaluate business workflows to uncover potential areas for automation.
- Architect, build, and deploy robotic process automation solutions using UiPath platforms.
- Manage the development lifecycle of automation bots, including coding, testing, and troubleshooting.
- Ensure all automated processes meet defined quality benchmarks and function correctly.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to collect requirements and align technical solutions with operational goals.
- Produce and update detailed documentation such as technical designs, process designs, and workflow diagrams.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues during automation development and rollout phases.
- Monitor advancements in RPA technology and suggest relevant upgrades or optimizations.
