Responsibilities
- Design user-focused digital experiences, progressing from initial user flows to fully refined, high-fidelity prototypes
- Transform complex business and technical requirements into clear, intuitive, and user-friendly interfaces
- Integrate accessibility standards across all user interactions and journey touchpoints
- Develop, adapt, or apply lightweight design systems tailored to project scope and needs
- Ensure consistent visual quality, precision, and attention to detail in all design outputs
- Design forward-thinking experiences, including those enhanced by AI technologies
- Stay informed about emerging design tools, trends, and methodologies to improve user outcomes
- Participate in end-to-end usability testing to validate designs and refine based on user insights
- Use research data and feedback to iteratively improve design solutions
- Lead or co-lead workshops with clients and end users to gather input and align on goals
- Clearly explain design decisions to internal teams and client stakeholders
- Work closely with UX leads, researchers, designers, product owners, and developers
- Respond constructively to feedback with a focus on personal and professional growth
- Support internal design initiatives, knowledge sharing, and improvements in team processes
Requirements
- 2 to 5 years of experience in UX/UI design, with a portfolio showcasing user-centered design and strong visual skills
- Proficient in Figma, with practical experience using tools like Adobe Creative Suite
- Balances UX strategy, visual design expertise, and ownership of full-cycle design processes
- Demonstrates strong aesthetic judgment, design sensibility, and meticulous attention to detail
- Shows interest in AI, emerging technologies, and their influence on future user experiences
- Possesses strong communication and stakeholder engagement abilities
- Capable of working independently, managing priorities, and meeting deadlines in a fast-moving environment
