About the Role
This role is central to defining how enterprise engineers interact with a cutting-edge spatial intelligence platform. You will transform complex technical concepts into clean, functional designs while shaping the product’s visual identity and user experience across digital touchpoints.
Responsibilities
- Design full user journeys for video ingestion, edge case analysis, search, review tools, and data export within the digital platform.
- Convert intricate spatial intelligence ideas into simple, user-friendly interfaces tailored for engineering professionals.
- Create website landing pages, product demonstrations, and marketing visuals that clearly convey technical capabilities to specialized audiences.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to execute multi-channel campaigns effectively.
- Quickly prototype visual concepts in Figma and adapt them into functional web experiences.
- Evaluate usability and performance across various platforms and web interfaces.
- Build interactive prototypes to validate concepts and align engineering teams on product vision.
- Work alongside engineers to deliver accurate, high-fidelity implementations, balancing ideal design with practical constraints.
- Partner with marketing to maintain consistent branding across all customer interactions.
- Develop and manage a scalable digital design system that supports long-term product growth and unified user experience.
- Lead the evolution of the company's visual identity and brand expression.
- Define and uphold visual standards to ensure uniformity across product, web, marketing, and sales materials.

About the Role
- We're looking for a UX/UI Designer with strong visual taste at NomadicML. You'll be instrumental in shaping how the world's leading autonomous vehicle and robotics companies experience our spatial intelligence platform.
- This means translating complex technical capabilities into intuitive interfaces, crafting a visual identity that reflects the precision and sophistication of our technology, and ensuring our product messaging resonates from the very first touchpoint.

What You'll Do
- UX UI Design: Design the end-to-end user experience of NomadicML's digital platform: designing flows for video upload, edge case discovery, search, review tools, and data export.
- Translate complex spatial intelligence concepts into clear, intuitive interfaces that enterprise engineers love to use.
- Website & Marketing: Design website landing pages, product demos, and marketing assets that communicate our capabilities to technical buyers.
- Work closely with marketing to bring campaigns to life across channels.
- Prototyping & Iteration: Rapidly explore visual designs in Figma and translate them into web-native experiences.
- Test usability and functionality across platforms and web interfaces.
- Create interactive prototypes to test ideas and communicate vision to engineering.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner with engineers to ship pixel-perfect implementations, making pragmatic trade-offs when necessary.
- Work with marketing to ensure brand coherence across all touchpoints.
- Digital Design Systems: Think systematically to build and maintain a digital design system that scales with our product and ensures a cohesive experience as we grow.
- Visual Identity: Lead and evolve NomadicML's visual identity.
- Establish and maintain visual guidelines that ensure consistency across product, web, marketing, and sales materials.
- Design software with an eye towards NomadicML’s unique design aesthetic.

- Design the flow, layout, and feature hierarchy for our video analysis dashboard where engineers review thousands of AI-surfaced edge cases.
- Create landing pages that communicate how NomadicML turns raw driving footage into training-ready spatial intelligence.
- Develop visual frameworks for presenting complex multi-sensor data and temporal reasoning in an accessible way.
- Redesign our onboarding experience to reduce time-to-value for new enterprise customers.

You Might Be a Fit If You Have
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Software Engineering or related degree.
- Proficiency in Figma and modern design tools; comfort with prototyping interactive experiences.
- A strong portfolio that shows great visual taste and user-centered thinking across digital design, UI design, UX design, and web design.
- A bias toward action. You ship work, gather feedback, and iterate quickly.
- Excellent communication skills; you can articulate design rationale to engineers, marketers, and founders alike.
Nice to Have
- Familiarity with AI, autonomous vehicles, robotics, or other deep-tech domains.
- History of entrepreneurial projects or early-stage startup experience.
- Experience with A/B testing, growth-oriented design, or data-informed iteration.
