Requirements
- Minimum of 1–2 years of professional experience in UI/UX design
- Demonstrated portfolio showcasing full-cycle design projects
- Expertise in using Figma for wireframing, prototyping, and interface design
- Solid grasp of user experience principles and interactive design concepts
- Strong foundation in visual design, including layout, typography, and information hierarchy
- Fluent English communication abilities, both written and verbal
- Proven ability to work autonomously in a remote setting
Nice to Have
- Experience conducting user research or usability testing
- Background in conversion rate optimization or data-driven design
- Prior work designing SaaS platforms, mobile applications, or analytical dashboards
- Knowledge of web accessibility guidelines such as WCAG
- Basic awareness of front-end development concepts including HTML and CSS
