Responsibilities
- Apply strong knowledge of user-centered design to create sitemaps, user flows, and customer journey maps that enhance overall experience
- Produce high-quality, responsive interface designs for web and mobile applications across all stages of development
- Design contemporary user interfaces and user-focused solutions informed by UX principles for multiple device types
- Develop visual assets including graphics, icons, layouts, and renderings using industry-standard tools such as Figma, Sketch, Photoshop, and Illustrator
- Independently craft functional interaction designs—including user journeys, navigation paths, sketches, wireframes, and interactive prototypes—in collaboration with product owners, business development, and engineering teams
- Build and refine wireframes, prototypes, style guides, and user flows to clearly communicate interaction concepts
- Support clients during design development by guiding the creation of function-led interface solutions
- Offer expert direction in UI/UX practices to internal business units and external development partners
- Adhere to established corporate UI/UX standards and contribute to expanding the Component Library to maintain design consistency across all products
