GFIC is hiring a Turkey Country Sales Manager Food Ingredients and Colours

Responsibilities

  • Lead and expand the sales portfolio in Turkey within the food and beverage manufacturing sector
  • Oversee relationships with key clients, including multinational corporations and leading regional companies
  • Promote and sell product lines such as flavours, colours, extracts, powdered ingredients, and natural solutions
  • Design and implement the national sales strategy, including sales forecasting and budget planning
  • Seek out and evaluate new market opportunities and potential industry segments
  • Lead contract negotiations, pricing strategies, and long-term supply agreements
  • Work closely with regional technical, research and development, and marketing departments
  • Represent the organization during customer meetings, trade shows, and industry events
  • Undertake frequent travel across Turkey to support sales and client engagement

Benefits

  • Bachelor’s or advanced degree in Food Technology, Food Engineering, or equivalent; MBA considered an asset
