Manage fleet operations with real impact in a remote role that supports cross-border transportation across dry van, flatbed, reefer, and straight box trucks. You’ll be responsible for planning efficient routes, tracking vehicle movement, and ensuring on-time deliveries while maintaining constant communication with drivers through calls and messaging.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, adjust, and optimize daily routes using dispatch and routing software to meet operational goals.
- Monitor driver availability, Hours of Service status, and real-time locations to keep operations running smoothly.
- Respond quickly to delays, breakdowns, or unexpected changes, coordinating with maintenance and safety teams as needed.
- Maintain accurate records of daily operations and prepare next-day plans and performance updates.
- Ensure vehicles are operation-ready by working closely with maintenance staff and tracking ELD data.
What You’ll Need
- Functional English at B1–B2 level for clear communication.
- A self-driven attitude with the ability to manage multiple tasks independently.
- Strong organizational skills and focus on accuracy in fast-paced environments.
- Reliable equipment: laptop, headset, and UPS to maintain workflow during power interruptions.
Compensation & Growth
Start at $350 base, with income scaling up to $600+ based on performance and progression through levels. Higher tiers include leadership roles with added responsibility and pay. Work Flexibility
This is a full-time remote position with three shift options to suit your schedule: Morning (8:30 AM – 4:30 PM CT), Daytime (4:30 PM – 12:30 AM CT), or Night (12:30 AM – 8:30 AM CT), each requiring a minimum of 40 hours weekly.
