Role Overview
This position is responsible for end-to-end support of the global Treasury Management System landscape built on SAP S/4HANA TRM. Reporting to the Head of Treasury Operations, the coordinator serves as the primary contact for system-related inquiries and ensures seamless collaboration across Treasury, IT, and external vendors.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily system operations by resolving incidents, service requests, and defects in a structured manner.
- Act as the central point of contact for Treasury system support across internal teams and external providers.
- Oversee testing cycles, release deployment, and production stability to protect critical financial processes.
- Coordinate and prioritize system changes and enhancements based on business needs.
- Translate Treasury requirements into technical solutions within the SAP TRM environment.
- Define clear specifications, monitor delivery timelines, and escalate risks as necessary.
- Lead initiatives to improve system utilization, process efficiency, data integrity, and control frameworks.
- Develop strong working relationships with stakeholders in Treasury, IT, and vendor organizations.
- Support team capability through documentation, training, and knowledge sharing.
Qualifications
A university degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or Information Systems is required. Candidates should bring at least five years of experience in Treasury operations or technology within a multinational setting. Prior hands-on involvement with Treasury Management Systems—especially SAP TRM or SAP S/4HANA—is essential.
Proficiency in cash and liquidity management, foreign exchange, funding, and risk processes is expected. The role demands solid functional understanding of Treasury controls and system architecture, particularly in integrated SAP environments. Strong communication skills in English, both written and spoken, are mandatory.
Work Environment
