Responsibilities
- Manage daily on-site execution of electrical work for commercial, industrial, and high-priority data center projects
- Oversee and direct field personnel such as apprentices, journeymen, foremen, and subcontracting teams
- Implement and maintain production schedules, crew assignments, and task sequencing
- Act as the main point of contact on site for project managers, general contractors, inspectors, and other trades
- Promote and enforce a strict safety-first workplace culture
- Lead daily safety huddles, conduct job hazard assessments, and perform regular site safety checks
- Ensure adherence to OSHA standards, National Electrical Code, and local regulatory requirements
- Identify potential hazards early and take corrective actions to reduce risk
- Review and apply construction blueprints, technical drawings, specifications, and electrical diagrams
- Organize inspections, coordinate material drop-offs, manage equipment placement, and supervise subcontractor tasks
- Track project advancement relative to timelines and resolve field issues proactively
- Keep accurate daily records, field documentation, and progress updates using designated digital tools
- Travel frequently to active construction sites across the country, including stays requiring overnight or extended time away
- Assist with initial project setup, workforce scaling, and high-intensity project phases as needed
- Adjust efficiently to new locations, teams, and changing site conditions
