Responsibilities
- Manage daily on-site execution of electrical work for commercial, industrial, and high-priority critical facilities
- Oversee and direct field personnel such as apprentices, journeymen, foremen, and subcontracted crews
- Implement and maintain production schedules, crew assignments, and task sequencing
- Act as the main point of contact on site for project managers, general contractors, inspectors, and other trades
- Promote and uphold a strict safety-first workplace culture
- Lead routine safety huddles, conduct job hazard assessments, and perform regular site safety checks
- Ensure all work follows OSHA standards, National Electrical Code, and applicable local regulations
- Identify potential hazards early and take corrective actions to reduce risk
- Review and apply construction blueprints, technical drawings, project specs, and electrical diagrams
- Organize inspections, material drop-offs, equipment placement, and subcontractor workflows
- Track project advancement relative to timelines and resolve field issues proactively
- Keep accurate records including daily logs, field notes, and progress updates using designated digital tools
- Travel frequently to active construction locations across the country, including multi-day trips
- Assist with initial project setup, scaling of operations, and high-intensity project stages as needed
- Adjust efficiently to new project environments, teams, and site-specific challenges

- Must be able to deploy rapidly to support projects in different regions
- Extended stays and overnight travel are part of the role
