Responsibilities
- Uphold and enforce company safety protocols across all project sites.
- Direct the planning, scheduling, and delivery of multiple commercial electrical construction initiatives.
- Oversee project budgets, financial forecasting, and cost performance tracking.
- Analyze project drawings, technical specifications, and contractual documents.
- Coordinate with field supervisors, general contractors, engineering teams, and clients.
- Manage procurement processes, RFIs, change orders, and project closeout documentation.
- Track project milestones and reallocate resources to meet evolving demands.
- Implement and monitor quality assurance standards throughout project lifecycles.
- Guide and develop project team members through leadership and coaching.
- Serve as company representative during meetings with clients and general contractors.
