Responsibilities
- Uphold strict compliance with company safety protocols and electrical standards.
- Manage the change control process across all ongoing projects, identifying and evaluating scope adjustments promptly.
- Assist in monitoring project timelines, financial budgets, and milestone deliverables.
- Coordinate procurement activities, including material orders, submittals, RFIs, and change documentation.
- Keep project records accurate, up to date, and in compliance with regulatory and internal standards.
- Perform regular site inspections to monitor progress, quality, and adherence to safety policies.
- Communicate with field supervisors, subcontractors, suppliers, and clients to support collaboration and issue resolution.
- Contribute to the preparation of weekly status reports, progress updates, and project closeout documentation.
- Engage in pre-construction planning efforts such as constructability assessments and schedule reviews.
- Ensure all project tasks meet internal standards and fulfill client expectations.

- Must be available for frequent travel and extended on-site stays at various project locations.
- Proficiency in both English and Spanish is preferred but not required.
