Responsibilities

  • Install, maintain, and repair equipment at customer sites.
  • Ensure all equipment is functioning properly and meets performance standards.
  • Provide technical support and troubleshoot issues as they arise.
  • Document all activities and maintain accurate records.
  • Communicate effectively with customers and team members.
  • Travel to different locations as needed for installations and repairs.
  • Adhere to safety protocols and company policies.
  • Collaborate with the team to improve processes and efficiency.
  • Participate in training and development opportunities.
  • Manage inventory and ensure adequate supplies are available.
  • Conduct regular inspections and preventive maintenance.
