Enterprise Electrical is hiring a Traveling Electrical Project Manager

Responsibilities

  • Enforce and uphold safety protocols on every project in accordance with company standards.
  • Oversee all project phases, including financial planning, timelines, purchasing, and client coordination.
  • Collaborate with on-site crews, supervisors, and leadership to ensure field operations meet project objectives.
  • Act as the main liaison for clients, contractors, engineering teams, and internal departments.
  • Perform regular site inspections to track progress, address challenges, and sustain workflow efficiency.
  • Produce and manage essential project records such as RFIs, submittals, change orders, and daily logs.
  • Track project expenditures, including labor, materials, and subcontractor invoices, to maintain financial targets.
  • Lead field meetings and deliver consistent status reports to executive management.
  • Ensure all electrical work meets National Electrical Code, local regulations, safety requirements, and quality benchmarks.
  • Detect potential project risks early and apply preventive measures to avoid delays or conflicts.
  • Manage project completion tasks, including final reviews, documentation updates, and client turnover.
