ASM Research is hiring a Travel and Events Coordinator

ASM Research is hiring a Travel and Events Coordinator to provide project oversight and support for various government contracts. You will assist Field Consultants and Region Leads in managing a nationwide program.

What You'll Do

  • Assist in writing, updating, and submitting contract deliverables and monthly reports.
  • Monitor various aspects of the contract, including project tasks, configuration actions, and risks.
  • Assist in scheduling and arranging travel and logistics for Field Consultant Region Leads and Field Consultants.
  • Assist with training and compliance for Joint Travel Regulation for CONUS and OCONUS travel.
  • Maintain Field Consultant status and scheduling displays.
  • Travel locally to support providing briefings to service members and families and to support events increasing awareness of Military OneSource.

What We're Looking For

  • A bachelor's degree (or equivalent work experience) and up to four years of related experience.
  • Must be a US Citizen and a fluent English speaker.
  • Experience with Excel, MS Teams, MS Office Suite.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, time-management, and multi-tasking skills.

Nice to Have

  • Prior military experience or relevant knowledge.
  • Additional experience working in Military Service Programs and marketing, sales, recruiting, education, or other similar networking-intensive work.
  • Familiarity with the Joint Travel Regulations.
  • Experience using Government systems.

You will work on projects supporting a Project/Program Manager and assist Field Consultants and Region Leads.

Work Mode

This is a remote position open to candidates in San Antonio, TX or Memphis, TN.
