Responsibilities
- Analysing and documenting business processes, operating models, and customer journeys within FSI environments.
- Translating business needs into clear, structured business and functional requirements.
- Supporting end-to-end transformation initiatives (digitalisation, regulatory change, core system migrations, target operating models).
- Facilitating workshops with business stakeholders and senior management to define scope, priorities, and solutions.
- Creating high-quality consulting deliverables such as business cases, gap analyses, and impact assessments.
- Collaborating closely with project managers, architects, developers, and testers throughout the delivery lifecycle.
- Acting as a trusted advisor and driving clarity and momentum in complex transformation contexts.
Requirements
- +3 years of experience as a Business Analyst, Functional Analyst, or Consultant within Financial Services.
- Strong understanding of banking, insurance, payments, and/or risk & compliance domains.
- Experience working on transformation or change initiatives.
- Hands-on experience with requirements management and stakeholder engagement.
- Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, or hybrid delivery approaches.
- Fluent in English
- Fluent in Dutch or French
- Master’s degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, Finance, or a related field
- Excellent analytical and structuring skills; able to translate complexity into clear insights.
- Proactive, client-focused, and comfortable in consulting environments.
