Responsibilities
- Evaluate client requirements through consultation and create customized training programs.
- Develop training curricula that meet current industry benchmarks and client goals.
- Lead interactive training sessions focused on knowledge transfer and skill application.
- Identify and pursue new business prospects to support revenue expansion.
- Work with sales and marketing teams to refine and expand training service offerings.
- Offer specialized guidance for refining training materials and instructional techniques.
