Responsibilities

  • Delivers training sessions to healthcare providers, clinical teams, and administrative personnel before system launch, emphasizing operational efficiency, task delegation, and population health strategies.
  • Offers real-time support during system go-live, including hands-on assistance within the Care Center environment.
  • Utilizes established training materials and resources to teach electronic health record (EHR) functionalities.
  • Adapts standard training programs based on workflow evaluations and the specific requirements of individual Care Centers.
  • Tracks completion of online learning modules by staff members.
  • Ensures training schedules are met and sessions are conducted as planned.
  • Uses performance data and key metrics to detect providers or care centers needing further education or intervention.
  • Collaborates with Implementation, Product Performance, and Performance teams to achieve shared objectives.
  • Serves as a subject matter expert on athenahealth systems for internal teams, providing guidance and support.
  • Maintains high standards of service by resolving issues creatively and ensuring follow-up actions are completed.

Work Arrangement

Hybrid — OH, GA, TN, KY

  • Requires 70% travel.
  • Candidate must currently live in or be willing to relocate to Ohio.
