Responsibilities
- Facilitate live training sessions on key tools such as HubSpot, Pipedrive, Asana, Slack, Gmail, and Zoom, ensuring practical fluency and consistent process application.
- Create, update, and deliver curricula and step-by-step walkthroughs that align with company workflows and client standards.
- Design and conduct graded simulations that evaluate speed, accuracy, and comprehension of tool-based tasks.
- Partner with L&D leadership, QA, and Operations to ensure training outcomes meet deployment readiness standards.
- Track trainee performance metrics and generate reports on simulation results, progress, and readiness for endorsement.
- Continuously refine content to reflect process updates, tool improvements, and best practices from operations teams.
- Provide remediation coaching for underperforming trainees to ensure complete readiness before deployment.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in training, enablement, or operations — preferably in a BPO, SaaS, or virtual assistant environment.
- Strong proficiency with HubSpot, Pipedrive, Asana, and communication tools (Slack, Zoom, Gmail, Notion, or ClickUp).
- Excellent facilitation, communication, and demonstration skills with diverse learners.
- Experience designing and grading simulation-based or competency-based assessments.
- Highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple training cohorts and maintain quality standards.
Nice to Have
- Familiarity with CRM configuration, workflow automation, or project management systems.
- Knowledge of adult learning principles, LMS tools, and competency frameworks.
- Strong analytical mindset for assessing trainee performance and learning trends.
