Responsibilities
- Direct the full lifecycle planning and implementation of trade shows, conferences, customer events, dealer meetings, and internal corporate gatherings
- Oversee event timelines, budgets, schedules, and key deliverables to guarantee successful outcomes
- Manage booth bookings, sponsorship agreements, exhibitor services, vendor coordination, and event registrations
- Supervise shipping logistics, exhibit materials, inventory control, and on-site setup and breakdown operations
- Ensure timely production and delivery of event assets including signage, displays, and branded materials
- Arrange travel, accommodations, transportation, and daily itineraries for staff attending events
- Maintain comprehensive event calendars and detailed planning records
- Administer purchase orders, invoices, contracts, and financial tracking for all event-related spending
- Act as the main liaison with venues, event organizers, contractors, and third-party vendors
- Resolve logistical and operational challenges that arise during live events
- Partner with sales and leadership teams to align event strategies with organizational objectives
- Collaborate with marketing on promotional initiatives, booth content, visual design, presentations, and communications before and after events
- Work with product and technical teams to facilitate live demonstrations, equipment displays, and customer interactions
- Support internal events such as training sessions, executive meetings, and customer site visits
- Uphold consistent, professional brand representation across all event platforms and touchpoints
- Help develop and organize promotional items, trade show literature, giveaways, and exhibit graphics
- Contribute to pre-event marketing including email outreach, social media promotion, and customer invitations
- Assist in tracking post-event leads, generating reports, and evaluating event effectiveness
- Analyze attendee engagement, event performance, and return on investment metrics
- Identify opportunities to enhance event efficiency, execution quality, and participant experience
- Research and propose new industry events and sponsorship opportunities that support strategic goals
- Maintain systematic inventories and standardized processes to support scalable event operations
