About the Role
As the senior leader for search in the region, this role drives commercial performance, product adoption, and operational excellence through integrated search strategies across media, commerce, content, and AI-powered discovery.
Responsibilities
- Direct the regional strategy for Total Search, encompassing paid search, SEO, and GEO, to ensure strong business outcomes, product uptake, and efficient operations.
- Identify and pursue growth opportunities, client engagements, and strategic proposals as the lead search executive for key regional initiatives.
- Design unified search solutions that integrate media, commerce, content, and AI-based discovery to enhance client outcomes.
- Advance leading-edge GEO capabilities to strengthen brand presence, credibility, and recommendation performance in generative search environments.
- Implement standardized processes, governance, automation, and training to ensure consistent, high-quality delivery across LATAM markets.
- Serve as a recognized expert on the evolution of search and artificial intelligence, representing the organization with clients, partners, and industry groups.
- Manage, mentor, and grow high-achieving cross-functional teams while deepening collaboration across agencies and strategic partners.
