About the Role
The individual in this role will support the design, implementation, and maintenance of total rewards programs, focusing on compensation analysis, data integrity, and regulatory compliance across international markets.
Responsibilities
- Evaluate compensation data to ensure market competitiveness and internal equity
- Support the administration of global benefits programs and compliance with local regulations
- Maintain accurate records within HR systems related to pay and benefits
- Assist in conducting annual salary reviews and benchmarking exercises
- Generate reports for leadership and stakeholders on rewards metrics
- Collaborate with HR partners to interpret and communicate rewards policies
- Monitor changes in employment laws affecting compensation and benefits
- Help ensure pay equity across regions and job levels
- Participate in third-party survey submissions and data validation
- Troubleshoot data discrepancies in payroll and rewards systems
- Support integration of rewards data during system upgrades or transitions
- Provide insights for executive compensation reporting and disclosures
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of global rewards trends
- Assist in onboarding and training for rewards tools and processes
- Coordinate with international teams to adapt programs to local needs
Nice to Have
- Certification in compensation or HR (e.g., CCP, GRP, PHR)
- Experience with multi-country payroll or benefits administration
- Familiarity with GDPR and data privacy regulations
- Advanced skills in compensation software (e.g., Mercer, Willis Towers Watson tools)
- Prior work in a technology or software company
