About the Role

The role involves coordinating the title process across multiple parties, monitoring workflow from vendors, validating data accuracy, verifying file completeness, approving completed files, and supporting settlement and production services.

Responsibilities

  • Research new order requests and deliver precise instructions for processing.
  • Respond to inquiries from internal teams and vendors, primarily via email.
  • Update the status of files in company or client systems as needed.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors and internal stakeholders.
  • Proactively share updates on file progress with relevant team members.
  • Monitor operational workflows and resolve issues to meet service level agreements.
  • Report problems to internal parties when necessary.
  • Escalate complex title-related issues to management when required.
  • Support the onboarding process for new vendors.
  • Establish best practices, performance standards, policies, and procedures to ensure consistent vendor management.
  • Evaluate vendor performance, identify trends, and take corrective actions to improve results.
  • Serve as a liaison between vendor partners and the company to resolve service delivery challenges.
  • Manage diverse vendor-related programs and projects, including defining requirements, creating project plans, and tracking delivery schedules.

What We Do

The Title Coordinator collaborates with various parties to ensure the timely completion of title processes. Responsibilities include monitoring and tracking workflow from searchers and vendors, managing multi-site project intake and transactions, reviewing and validating data accuracy in order requests, production reports, vendor work, and internal systems, confirming file completeness, collecting missing documents, and approving finalized files. The role also includes handling special projects and supporting title production and settlement preparation.
