Responsibilities
- Deliver individual, group, and family counseling sessions to youth experiencing anxiety, depression, substance use, and related mental health concerns.
- Perform in-depth clinical evaluations and interviews involving patients and their families.
- Build and sustain strong therapeutic relationships with assigned clients over a 28 to 35-day treatment period.
- Ensure all clinical records, including progress notes and treatment summaries, are completed accurately and on time.
- Share synthesized clinical insights with interdisciplinary team members to support coordinated care.
- Collaborate with families and outside providers in discharge and aftercare planning to promote ongoing support.
- Follow ethical guidelines and comply with all relevant clinical, regulatory, and licensing requirements.
