Responsibilities

- Monitor industry trends and emerging fiber technologies
- Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory standards
- Troubleshoot production issues related to textile processing

- Assist in supplier qualification and material sourcing
- Maintain detailed records of testing procedures and outcomes
- Provide technical guidance to junior engineering staff
- Participate in product lifecycle assessments
