Responsibilities
- Create and manage automated test scripts to verify user acceptance criteria for new and existing functionalities.
- Provide effort estimates for user stories using planning poker techniques.
- Engage in product backlog prioritization, story mapping, refinement sessions, and sprint demonstrations.
- Lead and attend sprint review meetings to present completed work items to the product owner.
- Identify, develop, and promote best practices across the project team with a focus on continuous process improvement.
- Work closely with Product Owners, Product Managers, and Technology teams to understand requirements and build effective UAT test strategies.
- Build end-to-end automated test suites for current business workflows.
- Support manual UAT testing when automation is not viable to ensure full test coverage.
- Report on testing progress, outcomes, and identified issues to product teams and stakeholders.
- Integrate automated UAT tests into CI/CD pipelines to enable continuous validation of code deployments.
Compensation
