- Stay current with evolving software testing trends, tools, and industry best practices.
- Ensure all testing activities comply with regulatory and compliance requirements in Retail Banking.
- Offer actionable suggestions to refine and strengthen testing approaches and workflows.
- Support ongoing quality improvement efforts to boost testing effectiveness and software reliability.
- Participate in team discussions across functions to align testing goals with business objectives.
