This position involves driving sales growth and customer engagement across Central Massachusetts by supporting retail partners and professional painting contractors through product expertise, relationship management, and field support.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing retail and contractor accounts
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the assigned region
- Conduct product training and demonstrations for customers and sales staff
- Support retail locations with inventory management and merchandising standards
- Collaborate with contractors to promote product adoption and best practices
- Monitor local market trends and customer feedback to inform sales strategies
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales goals
- Provide technical support and color consultation services to customers
- Coordinate promotional events and in-store marketing initiatives
- Ensure compliance with brand representation standards
- Submit accurate sales reports and forecasts on a regular basis
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries and resolve service issues
- Act as a liaison between field customers and internal support teams
- Stay current on product updates, formulations, and application techniques
- Promote loyalty programs and customer retention initiatives
