As a Territory Manager based in the Tararua region—ideally Danniverke—you’ll play a key role in expanding market reach, acquiring new customers, and ensuring long-term satisfaction with a cutting-edge agricultural solution.
What You’ll Do
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through outreach, networking, and engagement at industry events
- Manage the entire sales cycle—from initial contact to contract close—while consistently meeting performance goals
- Build trusted relationships with beef producers, understanding their operations and aligning solutions to their needs
- Support customers during onboarding and deployment, ensuring a seamless transition and strong early experience
- Act as the main local contact for feedback, relaying insights to internal teams to inform product development
- Collaborate with support and technical teams to resolve issues quickly and maintain high satisfaction
- Represent the brand within regional farming communities, strengthening ties with agricultural groups
What We’re Looking For
- A proactive mindset with a track record of delivering results in sales or customer-facing roles
- Strong understanding of beef farming operations—or a deep willingness to learn quickly
- Ability to manage a broad territory efficiently, balancing acquisition with ongoing account success
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a collaborative approach across teams
- Comfort with regular travel across rural areas to meet clients on-site
- Residency within the Tararua region, preferably in or near Danniverke
