About the Role

The Territory Manager will drive sales performance in a defined region by building relationships with healthcare providers, identifying market opportunities, and promoting advanced medical technologies. This role requires consistent field presence and collaboration with clinical and commercial teams.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities within assigned geography
  • Conduct in-person sales calls with physicians, hospitals, and medical centers

  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of clinical data and product indications
  • Work cross-functionally with marketing and medical affairs teams
  • Manage inventory and product logistics within the territory
  • Follow up on leads and referrals from clinical and sales networks
  • Ensure adherence to company policies and ethical guidelines
  • Participate in ongoing training and certification programs
  • Drive adoption of technology through evidence-based discussions
  • Monitor territory performance metrics and adjust strategies
