Laborie is hiring a Territory Manager - JADA

About the Role

The Territory Manager will drive commercial success and market expansion of the JADA® System, a vacuum-induced medical device for controlling postpartum hemorrhage, within an assigned territory in DACH/Europe. This role combines clinical expertise and sales leadership to educate clinicians, support hospital adoption, and achieve sales targets.

Responsibilities

  • Own and execute the commercial strategy for the assigned region (DACH/Europe)
  • Build, manage, and forecast a robust opportunity pipeline
  • Identify, develop, and close new hospital accounts
  • Develop new sales opportunities through leads, cold calls, and structured follow-up activities
  • Work closely with sales management and OB colleagues to achieve territory objectives
  • Provide in-depth product demonstrations and hands-on clinical education for obstetric teams
  • Support in-hospital product adoption, including staff training, case observations, and onboarding
  • Act as the trusted subject matter expert on the JADA® System, including mechanism of action, indications, procedural use, and safety profile
  • Support and advise physicians on the correct use of Laborie products, demonstrating proficiency across the full product portfolio
  • Build and maintain strong partnerships with OB/GYNs, midwives, labor & delivery teams, hospital administrators, procurement, and key clinical influencers
  • Represent the brand at medical conferences, workshops, and regional clinical events
  • Partner with Marketing, Medical Affairs, and Market Access teams to support reimbursement, strategic market development, and aligned commercial execution

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree (B.S. or B.A) or a combination of relevant experience, education, and training
  • Minimum 2 years of demonstrated successful sales experience in medical device or related field
  • Proven ability to identify business opportunities and persuade and influence others
  • Excellent communication skills including advanced presentation ability
  • Ability to travel extensively (60%+)
  • Fluency in German is required

Preferred Qualifications

  • Sales experience in operating room preferred
  • Strong local relationships within the healthcare community are preferred
