Dexcom Corporation was looking for a Territory Business Manager

Dexcom Corporation is hiring a Territory Business Manager to represent its medical device portfolio to healthcare professionals across Japan, driving product adoption, educating HCPs, and supporting clinical integration. This is an individual contributor field-based role with high visibility and strategic impact.

What You'll Do

  • Lead the promotion of medical devices across Japan, engaging with healthcare professionals in hospitals, clinics, and community settings.
  • Develop and execute strategies to improve prescription behavior and drive patient growth through impactful field engagement.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop key stakeholders and promote brand penetration.
  • Execute brand strategies and a nationwide field event strategy, supporting regional event strategies in collaboration with marketing.
  • Lead projects at every center required to grow sales and relationships with a strong emphasis on diabetes care.
  • Set quarterly sales touch points with each region to ensure consistent engagement and growth.
  • Serve as a key speaking partner for legal, event management, and regional responsibilities.
  • Improve invitation and communication processes in collaboration with marketing.
  • Use professional concepts and knowledge of company objectives to resolve complex issues creatively and effectively.
  • Build strong relationships with endocrinologists, diabetes educators, and other HCPs to drive product awareness and prescription behavior.
  • Deliver compelling product education and training to HCPs, ensuring confident and effective use of medical devices.
  • Represent the company at diabetes-related events, trade shows, and professional forums to promote our mission and solutions.
  • Collaborate effectively with internal teams to support territory growth and ensure alignment on messaging and strategy.

What We're Looking For

  • Minimum 7 years of sales experience in medical devices or pharmaceuticals.
  • Proven ability to educate and influence healthcare professionals.
  • Familiarity with the Japanese healthcare system.
  • Native-level Japanese proficiency.

Nice to Have

  • English proficiency is a plus.

Team & Environment

This is an individual contributor role collaborating with a Regional Sales Manager and other Territory Business Managers.

Work Mode

This is a local, field-based role located in Japan.
