Responsibilities
- Delivers independent engineering advisory services for the Energy Dominance Financing Program, focusing on technical due diligence, credit assessment, lifecycle oversight, and assurance, with a focus on terminal operations including storage, loading, unloading, blending, metering, and safety protocols.
- Analyzes project documentation, assesses technical and commercial interfaces, identifies potential risks and mitigation strategies, verifies assumptions, aids in conditions precedent and disbursement readiness evaluations, and produces well-supported deliverables such as operating procedures, capacity assessments, tank specifications, transfer system details, and safety compliance reports.
- Collaborates with cross-functional teams including engineering, finance, legal, construction, operations, environmental, health and safety, and project controls to facilitate timely decisions by lenders and the Department of Energy.
